Your 75-Minute Burnout Coaching Experience is a supportive reset that helps a client go from overwhelmed and scattered to clear, grounded, and back in control—without judgment or “just do more self-care” advice. Here’s what it feels like: A calm landing (first 5–10 minutes): We start by slowing everything down. Quick, simple grounding to help the nervous system settle so the brain can think clearly again. Find what’s really driving the burnout (next 20–25 minutes): Together we name the real stressors—overload, emotional labor, constant urgency, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or values misalignment—so it stops feeling like “something is wrong with me.” Confidence + boundaries refresh (next 20 minutes): We identify where “yes” has been costing too much, and create a few guilt-free boundary scripts and decision rules that fit their real life and workplace. A doable recovery plan (final 15–20 minutes): They leave with 2–3 small, realistic steps they can start immediately—plus a simple way to track progress without pressure. What clients leave with: more calm in their body, more clarity in their mind, and a plan they can actually follow—so recovery feels possible again.
